_{Due to popular demand... (aka a lot of bitching XD)... we decided to have an event week next week where only those already members of the comm who have been active (not simply minimum postage but also logging and interacting with other characters in their journals) from the beginning will be allowed to pick a 3rd character if they wish.

All players are allowed a 3rd character but only after 2 months (of comm). We are making an exception because of Halloween events and out 1st winter tournaments.

There are conditions though:

1. Mods may turn down your reservation/app if we believe it will hinder character interaction, you're not active enough.

2. You may not pick a 3rd character from the same series if you have two already. We might make an exception depending on what characters you have an how those character interact with members of their own school who are not from the same series. Please, contact mods 1st before reserving and apping.

3. You may only app between 5th October to 11th October (your own timezone). You may NOT reserve on 11th to apply at a later day.

4. You cannot have 3 character in the same university.

5. You cannot have 2 character of the same series in the same university.

Characters members already plan on picking as far as we (mods) are aware:

- Tachibana An
- Niou Masaharu
- Oshitari Yuushi
- Echizen Ryoma

- Kise Ryota

The event starts on 5th Oct, please apply by 11th Oct the last.}
